Refund Policy: 14 days No-Reason Refund
You may return any shoe purchased from Hong Kong Mahjong Association Limited for any reason within 14 days of receipt. This is a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. To be eligible, the shoe must be in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. You must contact Hong Kong Mahjong Association Limited at [email protected] to initiate a return. Hong Kong Mahjong Association Limited will provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Once Hong Kong Mahjong Association Limited receives the returned shoe, it will process your refund.
Refund Processing Time
Refund processing and the arrival of funds to your account takes at least 14 days. This period begins when Hong Kong Mahjong Association Limited receives your returned item. Hong Kong Mahjong Association Limited will notify you when it has processed your refund. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. You acknowledge that refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days.
PayPal Refunds
For refunds issued via PayPal, the refund takes at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. You agree that Hong Kong Mahjong Association Limited is not responsible for delays caused by PayPal or local banking regulations. The 14 days minimum processing time applies to all PayPal refunds.
Damaged or Defective Goods
