To be eligible, the shoe must be in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. You must contact Tsui Ling Limited at [email protected] to initiate a return. Tsui Ling Limited will provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Once Tsui Ling Limited receives the returned shoe, it will process your refund.
Refund Processing Time
Refund processing and the arrival of funds to your account takes at least 14 days. This period begins when Tsui Ling Limited receives your returned item. Tsui Ling Limited will notify you when it has processed your refund. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. You acknowledge that refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days.
PayPal Refunds
For refunds issued via PayPal, the refund takes at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Damaged or Defective Goods
